Love the room very nicely placed right next to the sportsbook, only downside is it can get a little loud. Chairs looked a little ratty and not very comfortable. Tables were nice many with what looked like new felt. Small and cozy great place to feel comfortable and play. Also have high hands with the royals in the thousands. Wish I had hit one. :)
Good mix of people with some that are very sharp but overall not a tough place to play. Play tight aggressive and you will make money. Lots of inexperienced players just looking to have fun so not tough to win money.
Very friendly and efficient. They explain the rules that are enforced (and there are a lot) some for the good of the game which I like and some that I think are kind of detrimental to the game. One in particular is they don't allow chopping of pots or the blinds...the pots I understand but the blinds? Normally not a big deal but it slows the games down and really has no purpose, after the dealer explains that there isn't any chopping the players then discuss if they want to check it down, some understand some don't ....realy just a pain. Also one thing that happened more than a few times that really irritated me was some dealers would count down "all in" bets without being asked. Again, not a big deal but they should be taught not to do that.
I saw a lot of people complain about the service but the girls really seem to work hard and I never had a problem with their service. Decent drinks really no complaints.
Seem to be on top of things. Saw a couple of decisions made that went smoothly all done with professionalism and courtesy. Didn't deal with them personally so I guess that is good when you don't have any problems.
You can get a $5 comp after 4 hours. From what I have seen and heard this is OK but not great. Not a real worry of mine.
