I would give this room a good rating. The seats are cushy with lots of room between tables. Mandalay Bay is a very well designed casino with high ceilings and the nice tropical theme. I also liked the tables with drink holders and a similar style racetrack around the edge for your chips as MGM although this one is wood so not as slippery
In general this room is pretty easy. There are usually 2-4 pretty good players at the table, some mediocre ones and then at least 3 fish. After a short time playing it's pretty easy to see where the money is coming from
Rarely saw a misdealt hand. They are personable without being to chatty or fiendly with the regualars which can sometimes make you uncomfortable.
I would give this an excellant except they stopped serving Becks beer, my favorite. I have to go to MGM now if i want to drink and play. They also serve perrier. The service was for the most part very quick with decent looking waitress.
I goota say this is the most improved thing since the last time I was there. Very friendly at sign up. I think Mardi has a great attitude and really hustles to get you into a game and make sure you feel welcome. I thought Richard was also a really nice guy.
They give you a $5.00 credit to the Turf Deli in the Sports book for 4 hours of play. Just make sure they put your name down when you get there they won't track you unless you ask them to.
