I played about 8 hours spread across 3 days in Feb. 05. I have played there multiple there multiple times since 2000. I was very impressed that the room looked the same as the first time I sat down at the table 5+ years ago. The atmosphere is great. If I needed to stretch my legs, I would walk out the back of the room to the sports book or to the grill directly behind the room.
I played mostly 1/2 NL and 4/8 half kill Limit. There were a few players that knew what they were doing in the NL games. The 4/8 game showcased players who would pay $8 to $24 to see if they made their straights on the river. Luckily for me they missed more than they made
Great, knowledgeable dealers who made the game run very smoothly.
Yes, very attractive. They were fairly quick to bring me my drinks. It maybe had to do with the $10 I gave before my 1st drink.
The room was managed well. I was impressed with their organization. Those who waited for tables were consistently reminded their position.
While I have personally hit a high hand jackpot playing at the MB, I did not see a 4 of a kind or better during my trip. I personally didn't play there long enough for comps. I am returning in June. I plan on utilizing the Poker Room Rate either here or at the MGM.
