I think some of the new reviews are a little harsh. That being said, it's not a great room. Promotions (and payout system) are pretty bad. Menu and service are bad, but that's always been the case - even when Muck poker was in its prime. Same for floor. There are still multiple @#$% managers that need to be let go. I was hoping this would happen when Lance showed up but some of the more toxic managers are still around.
Location is beyond horrible. I agree with others that it sure seems like the casino is trying its hardest to get rid of poker. If that's the case, just pull the plug and be done with it. If not, get your act together.
Dealers are generally pretty solid. Play at 1/3 is soft and 3/5 can be soft if they've got 2 or 3 table but if there's one 3/5 odds are it'll all be regs.
I saw one review claim collusion but then gave zero evidence. That's a serious accusation and if you are unwilling to go into detail or back up your claim, folks should ignore it. There's plenty of things that need to be fixed in this room but collision isn't one of them.
