Played about 75 hours here summer 2023.
Not sure what everyone complains about regarding management - I've always found them to be polite and accommodating. They handled every dispute I witnessed reasonably.
In my opinion, the best dealers in Metro Van - better than the Villa or Hard Rock from what I've seen.
Long waitlists on weekends, yes - it's downtown and they only have so much space. If you're trying to play on a weekend get there early or late.
Lots of nitty regs but good action on weekends.
On the downside, the food isn't very good in the casino. Happy hour beers are reasonably priced but otherwise pricey.
Free parking if you register with guest services.
If you want to play higher stakes NLHE this isn't the spot - largest game they run is 2/5. Grand Villa runs 5/10 Thursday through the weekend.
Overall 4/5. The venue itself is way nicer than Grand Villa but the waitlists are longer.
