they have 3 or 4 tables going on the weekends , so good variety of players than just the regulars but there are lots of regular players. it's a fun game except when the table fills up with the regulars who buy in for $4,000 to $10,000 and want the game to be a 1/2/10 or a 1/2/10/20 game ( it's a 1/2 game with a $5 bring in ). i am a recreational player so prefer the 1/2 game since it's a lower variance game . last couple of times i played there , the regulars got really mad and rude about my refusal not to play a $10 straddle UTG. i didn't see the need to make the game bigger for me since pots were $300 to $1,000 which fits my risk tolerance and skills. by game regulation rules it's a 1/2 game but straddles are allowed. there use to be a 5/10 game but it doesn't run anymore since the professional regulars busted / hurt the weaker wanna be players . apparently the pots were frequently greater than $10,000 some nights, that variance is way beyond my bankroll i bring to play.
the veteran dealers are very good but they recently hired some new dealers , it's obvious who is who ( the new dealers had trouble keeping track of the pot but they were trying hard to keep up to the game .... it can get tough if it's been repotted ).
food is good , the Pad Kra Pao is so good.
overall , the plo is good just be prepared for some verbal sparring / rude responses if you don't want to $10 straddles. if you want the higher variance game then it's a 5 stars rating.
