Total shitshow

Played in an event in the Goliath series and could not believe how bad it was run. The first level was so bad with dealer switches, table changes, slow dealing and no resolution to table issues with the floor we only saw 6 hands. 6 HANDS! I'm not exaggerating either. I'm not sure if it's because of the volume but we had dealers so green players had to explain how the game is run and sort out issues by ourselves. On top of all of this tables would be run down to five players well other table would have eight or nine. On multiple occasions I had to call the floor over to get them to even out tables. And as far as drink service goes we went four levels before we got drink service, and that was after I prompted the floor twice. I will say however the one silver lining was the cocktail service was very friendly and it was apparent that they were really understaffed and doing the best they could.

All in all, this will be the last time I ever play there. When I brought up my concerns to the floor during all the issues we had during level one all I got was a shrug. He literally shrugged and walked away. I have never felt that all I was in a poker tournament was an admin fee and I was treated as such. Avoid the Goliath series and the PH poker room as whole like the plague.
