I'm from Saskatchewan and decided to play Yellowhead poker room one evening. Was the only one in house on wait list when a spot opened up, I was told by houseman that a local had called in and forgot to put on list so I got bumped. Another local walked in and was put ahead of me again. When I complained I was told same thing ,had called in and forgot to put name on list. Only 4 tables operating out of 13 and too busy not to maintain waiting list ? Hard to believe. So local favoritism or just poor job performance ? Either way ,not how to run an establishment. There are much nicer poker rooms in Edmonton that do not make so many errors with non local patrons. Not an enjoyable evening of poker !!
