Unless you want to gamble on whether or not the tournament is happening. Hire more dealers for your other, far more popular, location and stop trying to force players to accept your poor corporate decisions. Dear PP, you ran an unsuccessful experiment for a year, let it die.
The food is a poor imitation of the food at Pure Edmonton, which is odd as the menus are identical and recipes should be easily repeatable.The service staff and dealers are great.
