This was my first time playing live in a casino. From my initial phone call to inquire how joining the waitlist officially works, to arriving at the casino, purchasing chips and sitting down to play. My overall experience was tiptop.
Dealers were friendly and helpful however servers for drinks took a long time (bit to be expected a bit as it was a tournament and Saturday night). The other regulars and players also very friendly and welcoming.
