Dealers are thieves and so are the players

Room was noisy, too close to the casino and sports book, smokey, dirty, run down.

A lot of old rocks, some so-so, not any good action players. Must be patient, as most players there play one hand per hour. Small pots, large rake.

Absolutely the worst dealers in town, I saw one dealer so lazy could not even get the betting chips, she asked everyone to lean in and move closer to here, that was [Dealer 1], and she was mean and rude. She is lazy and sloppy, miss counted down an all in and shorted the winner. Then it got worse [Dealer 2] came in he made a mistake on every hand, miscounted and brought chips into the pot rather than match up the winners stack, it was a mess, he blended all the chips, could not verify but winner thought the pot was short 35. Then [Dealer 3] came in cards flying everywhere, over confident and bored thinks he is the greatest dealer, cards floppiing everywhere and flashing. THen [Dealer 4] came in on next shift, she took the place of [Dealer 1], would not reach for the chips, rude and nasty comments to players. Sarcastic, some one did not tip her and she made a rude comment that she does not do this for the fun of it. WOW.

[Waitress 1] was great her relief did a good job too. The dealers could learn on customer service from the cocktail servers.

[Manager 1] has no clue what is going on in the room, and [Manager 2] and [Manager 3] destroyed the local daily tournaments and the January Red Rock Challenge. They over raked it for the staff and themselves and @#$% off the pros. They killed the daily tournaments by trying new things and changing everything so much. Now there tournaments are not worth showing up for, get rid of [Manager 3] and [Manager 2] and get some professional experienced poker tournament managers.Oh by the way their rulings are very inconsistent, a woman got caught stealing a stack of Red Chips $100 and she was only kicked out for until she paid it back. While another man got caught throwing and extra black chip in on his all in, that was not on the table, he was kicked out for ever. Both are crooks and both should get same punishment. Every ruling depends on who you are. It should be the same for everyone.

Yeah, sounds like the room isn't the problem. Look inward. Maybe you will see the real problem. I don't play there... Read More
