The game was an absolute Shitshow, in the best of ways, most of the players were downing Hennessy like it was water. Lots of showing cards, and action out of turn, and attempts to influence action. Mostly because of players who were drunk. To me this wasn't a big deal as it wasn't anyone pulling an angle, just a bunch of drunks enjoying themselves.
Dealers were slightly below average for Las Vegas, but nothing horrible. Once a chopped pot was missed, but it was corrected quickly, and many times dealers weren't sure if they had moved the button.
The biggest drawback for me was 10 handed tables this discourages action and makes tables too crowded.

JasperC I'm sorry about your experience in our poker room. Our tables are designed for 9 handed play. I don't know why there were 10 players at your game but we usually have just 9 handed action.
