Ross is great and knows what he's doing.
Things that need work:
Cleanliness, dealers (rules, actual skill, knowledge of the game, mechanics, etc), floor rulings, floors, space between chairs, and better cards.
Overall, it's a good place to play tourneys and cash. Area is rough but that's expected.
If you're playing a tourney, be ready to get busted by weird/bad hands! Makes it exciting.
