Worst customer service ever.
My first time coming in to this club for a big tournament, i came in and asked about how works and that I'm interested to play and they asked me I had to be member like at any other club, I'm ok, so I want to get in but can I use your bathroom first please, and they said no you have to be a member, I was like yeah that's fine I give them my ID, he hold it and I ask can I go to restroom I really need it but I don't know where is it, they give me all the paper work and said I have to fill up before come in, I was like wt f, I really need the restroom and they Want me to fill paper work and waste more time. As easy as I go to restroom come back and finish everything and pay and play but this 2 guys at the front have not customer service what so ever that make me so mad and left the place to go a good poker club not like this with lack of customer service and common sense.

Somtimes the service we provide to everyone who's here is watching who comes in the door. More impotantly, Texas Code says pretty specifically that we have to be a private place to operate as apoker room.
If you were atively signing up for a memebrship, they still could've let you in to use the restroom, so I'm sorry for the bad expereince.
