I will never play here again because they are corrupt, don't follow the basic rules of poker, have incognito house players, they also allow teams clearly engaged in collusion who they actively helped by giving them seats they want strategically placed around the table to maximize profits, they also lie about tournament guarantees, most egregiously they will dig through the muck pile to find cards and then push that player the pot even though that goes directly against the basic rules of the game. On top of it all the ridiculous price increases when the product has fallen off a cliff! Mainly because they got rid of the floor management and tournament directors that caused this club to be a great success but I guess they got greedy and stupid!
I was involved in a hand where the player I was up against mucked on the river in disgust, this was a rather large pot which was immediately pushed my way so I too mucked my hand because I had no responsibility to show it just gives away information as all competent poker players understand. I was stacking my chips while the cards were all over and mixed up but the community cards were still somewhat visible and the player shouted, "Wait I have a straight! That's my pot!" The dealer rightfully said the hand was over but he called the floor and told them he knows which cards are his. (Keep in mind this player is a rich older man who never leaves with money.) The floor paused the game for 10 mins probably to go look at the cameras because of the cry baby. Then they came and just started turning over cards until they found the ones the guy claimed he had which made no sense due to the way the hand played out. When he started shouting nonsense I said well I had the nuts so you couldn't have had the same cards just because of all the absurdity and to prove a point that once the cards hit the muck he folded the hands over. No do overs. Unbelievably the floor ruled in his favor saying they were 100% sure they had found his cards in the muck and blamed me for trying to angle an old man which is just laughable. They stole my money because they knew he'd just lose it back and I wouldn't. Disgusting, corrupt and no ethics whatsoever! Do not play here, so many better options where you don't have to worry about getting your money stolen from you. Had he showed his hand, which I doubt he really had, great he would've caught his 3 outer gutter ball. I want him to put his money in every time!
This place use to be an awesome place to play but they got greedy and hired scumbags to run the club.
