I'm sitting here writing this because I just played here 3 days in a row and 3 instances of just extreme negligence in a row. This place hands down has the worst dealers overall (personality aside) out of ALL the establishments in Houston. Makes me reevaluate risking my life dodging bullets at Legends...at least their dealers don't put up with any nonsense.
Instance 1: player (reg- dabbing up everyone and on first name with all the dealers getting in box) sitting with $800 behind in with the pot being roughly $900 on the turn in PLO. He grabs 5 reds and puts them over the line but says "pot" a full second after he had already put the chips over the line and down on the felt. I stared at the dealer and dealer does nothing about it. I'm not going to angle for a cheap river but dealer clearly "let it slide" when this was player error and I should have been protected. Again I could've voiced my concern but I'm not going to be that guy for a couple dollars but integrity was compromised.
Instance 2: 4 players going to flop, 1 person was all in pre. Pot is $600 with action post between 3 players all over 1K still behind. They both check and I pot to $600. At this time the first person to act starts talking multiways and even @#$% near announces his hand, shoes his hand to the person that's all in already and asks what he should do and he even responds "there's so much money out there". While this is all going on the dealer is sitting there smiling enjoying the show and this is when I said are we going to control this game?!?
Instance 3: dealer sits down and starts chatting from beginning to end of his down about his previous weeks bad beats to player in seat 9 who wasn't even talking back. Kid was not good enough or seasoned to be carrying out a conversation and keeping track of action to begin with. But he is pretty much the norm and not the exception in this case. More dealers are talking EXCESSIVELY and carrying whole @#$% conversations and slowing game down themselves than the few that are actually there to deal.
