Hawaiian Gardens uses a lot of prop players to keep mid and high stakes games running. Sat at 20/40 LHE, they had 2 tables running and I had 4 props in my game. I've seen them run 6 8/16 LHE games and I spotted at least 8 props spread throughout the games (and 4 at mine), on a Friday evening when getting a lot of games running shouldn't be an issue. The props are better than average players and kill off a lot of the action that the casino should be able to generate as compared to the other big LA casinos.
Facility is very nice after the 2016 renovation, food is decent, and comps are more than adequate to cover food.
The few promotions outside the considerable bad beat jackpot don't add anything.
