Room is next to a bar, and separated from slot area by a waist level wall. There are ~10 tables. No auto-shufflers, but dealers were fairly quick. Atmosphere is fun / entertaining (not to mention you are very close to the blackjack "dealertainers" if you want to mix up your gambling a bit). Solid choice for 2/4 LHE and 1/2 NLHE if you want a casual and easy game.
For the NL table I played, the competition had a couple of drunk fishes, a couple of terrible players, a couple of calling stations, and a couple of solid players. The 2/4 LHE tables all looked like a pretty typical array of drunks and calling stations. Pretty soft games from my view.
Dealers were solid overall, no significant mistakes, generally friendly personalities.
I'm not one to rank servers on looks. Service was pretty typical in terms of time to get your drink, drinks offered were typical mid-range beer, well drinks, etc. Servers were generally friendly.
Management was solid for a small room. Player list was computerized and posted on a monitor. I was placed in a game quickly. Chip runners did a good job. Only saw a couple of rulings, both correct and handled politely.
Players card logged in at the table, I think they offer $2/hr. HHJs for quads and straight flushes, with progressives for the straight flushes. Also participates in the Harrah's badbeat mega-jackpot. A fun offering was the "MegaWheel" which you get to spin if you have a losing full house or quads; you spin a wheel with dollar amounts from $25-$100, along with a variety of non-monetary prizes. A couple of the 2/4 LHE guys got to take a spin during my session, added some fun to the atmosphere.
