Terrible experience with a racist (just closed-minded?) floor person

Basically a roped off area of a casino. I much prefer the rooms at the Venetian, Caesars or Wynn rooms.

Played 2-4 limit, against basically the same people you'll play at any strip casino. Low limit is the same all across the strip.

Floor person made fun of my name to a dealer, and the dealer looked visibly embarrassed and tried to laugh it off. Not sure what the dealer should have done, but it was a pretty bad experience, so it's hard to rate the dealers higher than a 2.

Same as any other casino. Relatively fast.

Floor person made fun my ethnic name, and not in a light-hearted way. I have a tough skin, but I felt it was pretty mean, and would caution any other readers with "non-normal" names to go to a different poker room.

Basically, a terrible way to start my trip, and shocking that a poker room would have someone like that greeting customers.

Other floor people were nice, but the bad far outweighs the good.

Floor person didn't explain any comps to me, although maybe that's because he was too busy making fun of my ethnic name.
