poorly kept room. junk tables that visibly hurt dealers to work on. Poker room manager that don't know his own rules of the game, And dosen't even care. Poorly trained dealers, they try and are friendly but managment will not allow them to be trained properly. Food is a plus for the room but does not make up for the many mistakes made by dealers and poker manager Mike Fay. Day manager is very good, swing manager is inexperinced, grave manager has many years of poker experince in vegas. But this poker manager and his oral partner the casino manager have to go. Lighting is terrible, chairs are ok, tables as i said are trash cheaply made junk.
very easy players all tourist, softest action in town, which kinda makes it tough at times.
some good dealers Greg, Ricky, Carol and a few others, but as a group below ave. Friendly enough for the most part. Was told upper managment did not want them trained.
good for the most part that i noticed.
No, very disorganized. The manager has no clue. That is he is never there, He does not careand is very rude at times. It seem as though guests are an annoyance to him. This is a guest service job and he is in the wrong occupation. Funeral director would suit him better. Terrible as a poker man must have sucked-up to the right casino manager.
Free food great they made ONE right choice in the place. Comp dollars, sound good. IF you can ever get them on your card, They sure give you the run around if a paper slip goes missing. No computers what a system!
