The silks is an adequate card room. The level of competition is pretty good. However, the staff and the dealers often times act like they want to be somewhere other than where they chose to work.
The level of consistency by the staff when applying the rules is not always even.
The poker tables are old and often times do not function properly causing delays.
Hey small investment into the room would make this one of the better rooms in the state.
The ownership should talk to the players "customers" who pay for the room with their patronage to determine how best to serve them. This however, does not appear to be high on the list of their priorities.
