Great poker room and staff, but the room is bone chilling cold for the majority of your customers. I'm currently looking at the room and 90% of the players are wearing jackets and we live in florida. God forbid you wear shorts and flip-flops in Florida 🤔 It would be a win win for everyone for all to turn down the air including silks since they would save about $10k a month on their electricity bill.
Please also consider moving the daily and two day tournament times to 11am and 6pm.
