In general it's a very friendly poker rm and is great once you actually get seated at a cash game.
The two negatives are that they generally take a 30% "admin fee" in most of the tournament's compared to Derby lane usually only taking 5%. Lastly it takes 30-45 min to get seated at a cash game typically. They typically seem to not open a table unless there is 10+ on the waiting list. Should be opening a table up around 7 on the list.
