The ambiance is great with tv's on every wall. All the tables have auto shufflers so you get more hands/hr. The chairs could be better. They do have extra cushions which the manager provided for me when i was looking for one (thanks Chris). It's a little hard to concentrate when your seating facing the hallway on tables 1 and 2 because the traffic get's busy specialy during the Mystere Show and pool hours.
The 1/3nl table will have a few locals but with enough tourist coming in to try nl for the first time in a b&m, theres enough $ for everyone. Just stay away from LVMIKE, just kidding.
This room has the best dealers in Vegas IMHO. Everyone is friendly and very profesional. An example was the trip report that tjmaxwell wrote. Tight Asian(TA) was felted in the hand so he was still steaming and muttering aboout the hand. So in the next hand Little John started dealing and ask him if he would rebuy and (TA) did not respond so John did not deal him a hand. (TA)ask "How come you did not deal me in?" and John said I ask you to which (TA) responds "maybe you did not ask me in english", lol. But John just let the comments go. I personaly would have easily given him a smarty comment, but John just kept his cool.
The drinks did come in frequently. The only gripe I have is the cinsistency of what is okay to order and what is not. I ordered premixed cappucinnos and some of the waitresses would serve it and others would say that they can't offer that in the poker room.
The best in Vegas IMHO. They where always very gracious and accomodating with any request that was needed (table change, rake reduction, combining short handed tables, Etc.).
$2.00/hr that's 100% better than everybody else and if you play a lot like I did the dollars accumulates fast. You can use the comps in any of the restaurants they have. Try the Social House or the Steak House. This are the better restaurants they have in the property.
