I felt very welcomed by the staff, as if they were truly appreciative of me playing in their room. The chairs were comfortable, the room was clean and it is located close enough to restrooms, food options and the gift shop (for gum, etc.).
Generally speaking the players were mostly touristy, calling down with weak hands. Of the tournaments I played, the level of play was markedly improved after the first break when many of these players were knocked out. In the cash game, essentially an ABC approach proved lucrative for me. THis was in the 1/3 NL game.
Almost all of the dealers were extremely friendly and engaging. A couple were more reserved or seemed to be quite tired, however they were always on top of the action in the game even if it appeared they were not paying attention.
The only reason I put a 3 was because I only ordered water, and it is hard to mess that up. For the most part the waitresses were good looking. No real stunners as I have seen elsewhere, but that is not a factor in my determination of what I like in a poker room. Everyone around me seemed to be pleased with their drink orders, and they did seem to come around regulalry enough to keep the customers happy.
Truly some of the best poker room management I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Even when being obviously extremely busy, each one always made an effort to talk to the players in the room as best as they could while still performing their duties. The player list was clearly displayed on several monitors throughout the room.
I did not see any 'free food" while I was there, but based on other posts I have seen it appears they may do a pizza night from time to time. $2/hr on comps is a very good deal (just wish I had signed up for a player card when I firs started playing rather than in the middle of my second day). They have high hand jackpots for quads of better, no bad beat jackpot.
