nice size, chairs were fine, room was clean. Everybody was pretty friendly (dealers, brush, players).
I'd say between "average" and "easy." I didn't feel intimidated by anyone. There was a healthy mix of quiet, serious people and slightly drunk, happy dudes. I pulled off a couple of bluffs on dry boards when I was in position. Nobody did anything crazy, but there was a lot of looser play (chasing straights and flushes with questionable holdings, etc...)
No problems while I was there. The dealers were friendly and stayed on top of things throughout my session.
Service was very consistent and she was nice. Completely average in the looks department.
I give him an "excellent" because we had a waiting list of 4 people and he was earnestly trying to recruit more players via texting and monitoring the tournament dropouts. He was also friendly and prompt when seats opened up.
I don't know so I gave this a "3" but I imagine it's typical.
