Nice room, decent size, tables are standard, plenty of TV to watch the game. I wasn't staying there so being close to the door was very helpful. You can avoid walking through the front entrance and the casino. Played twice there and both times sat right down at a 1-2 game.
I say average because it depends on when you play, or at least it did for me. The first session, which lasted about 2 hours on a Sunday afternoo. The competition was weak. Tourists who were either overly tight (passive) or too loose (bad calls). There were maybe two players that seemed to know what they were doing.
I played again early Monday morning (9ish) and got into a game that going all night, was loaded with regulars, and it was a tough experience.
No problems, no bad deals, didn't really notice them, which makes is the way it should be.
Only had a couple of beers, but once you had one, they kept coming back.
Again, no problems, seemed on top of things, and effecient. In my second session there was a guy who was terrible drunk and they did a nice job of helping him understand it was time to go.
No rating realy, I don't have a venetian comp card and didn't want one so I don't even know what they are.
