This room is absolutely georgeous. Really nice tables, chairs and decor. It has a nice dining room quality atmosphere. Its very well spaced out with nice high ceilings. There is a slon area for the high rollers. I didnt see anybody playing in these areas. It looks like the Bellagio and Ceasars will have a run for there action.
All the local sharks were in town the first two nights. Venetian will most likely have a tourist convention crowd which means big and stupid espn money..the locals will like this.
I would say average for the dealers...some were just plain bad and others were quick and friendly. Some seemed nervous and unorganized which maybe opening week jitters. we'll see on this
The cocktail was fast and friendly. I didnt hear anybody cry for a drink..which is unusual in this town. The waitresses were very attractive and pleasant. Very classy uniforms and smiles on most of them. Cocktail service usually enjoys the poker room atmosphere so they seemed upbeat and happy.
The management welcomed both myself and my wife into the room promptly. I completely disagree with the previous review on the floorman Kyle which prompted me to write this. That young man answered our questions on the room and hotel, sat and ran both of our chips quickly and told us to let him know if we needed anything. After playing, Kyle got us players cards and 15 dollar food comps without our request. Very impressive and great customer service!
1 dollar per hour for the game we played. I heard somebody say its $1.50 for the higher limit games. no jackpots that i know of. the in room dining did take awhile and that maybe something that needs time to make work.
