Wynn & Bellagio are still the top two rooms for very high action and more serious competition. The Venetian has local and touring players who can sit down with $1000 and leave 20 hours later with $4000. Mr Kim seems to be a local legend able to create huge chip stacks at will. You'll know him because he keeps his chips in a spiral pattern.
Only a few blown calls and management was quick to recreate the action to get the pot to the correct player. Dealers were friendly and very competent.
Average wait was 2-5 minutes to get any drink. Great looking waitresses with great attitudes.
One drunk player at my table screwed up and called a $1000 all in and lost. He was @#$%' a fit. Management was able to diffuse the situation without calling for security. I would have tasered the guy.
Bad beat jackpot in no more. $1.50/hour (at the $2-5 NL table) comp with a players card.
