The room shows that they spend a small fortune building the room. But the planners did not take into account the exit doors to the out side. The room was COLD and drafty because of the flow of traffic in and out of these doors. This summer the room will be HOT as H*** when it is 120 degrees and the AC will not be able to keep up. Bottom line they should have made it a "ROOM" not a poker alcove. The tables are very nice and chairs are comfortable.
Too soon to say, I recognized a number of local sharks trying out the room, so I would say bring your "A" game.
What did they do hire every crappy dealer in town? The dealers I watched were slow and showed no game control at all. I know they hired some quality dealers because I know them, but they sure were not working last night.
Seemed ok.
The floor people ar POOR at best. "Kyle" was a poor excuse for a floor man. His attention to the customer left LOTS to be desired. He needs to learn to pay attention to the customer and FOLLOW THOUGH and communicate with the customer NOT ignore them.
$1.00 an hour is the average for the industry and they are 100% at the average mark.
