I played one night during the Christmas break and it's definitely got games going. If you are looking for any game, it's all here. The times I went, I would say they were half full - it's organized with loudspeakers to communicate. If you like big rooms like LA or the Bay Area style, this place is it.
Cocktail service was normal and friendly and some tables had action here and there. I could guess that some of the players were aspiring local "pros" who had been there all day when I played at 7pm based on their chip stacks.
Competition is a mix of skill levels and you have all the poker types present. Luckily, I made a $1 win! LOL for my 1 hour session - i flopped a set but the turn gave a flush on the board and the bet into me was 1.5x the pot - $40. Having only invested $8 into the flop (I was waiting for the turn to raise but also wanted to see what the turn would bring), allowed me to just give it up instead of drawing to a full house :P
Overall, I would be back; no promos to speak of; your basic no frills higher rake than others but you will always find a game, whether it is 1-2, 2-5, etc.,
Dealers are competent and service was good. I would come back.
