Cheezy Hotel?? - When I booked the room, the recptionist asked if I would like to upgrade to a room with a view for an extra $30 per night. Sure, why not. My view was of two cranes and a building under construction. Ok, it was a view, but not the one I expected. When I complained, the manager said it was a view of the strip (as hard as I looked, I just could not find it) and if I did not like it, kick rocks down the road. First rule of holes - when you find yourself in one (they and all casinos are hurting), stop digging. Back in February for the deep stack and will stay at the TI. Poker room is as good as they get. I have personally narrowed my play down to the V and Ceasars.
Tables are full of locals (which usually equates to experienced) and have yet to play with jerks. Visitors are usually experienced. "Fins to the left, fins to the right and I'm the only bait in sight!" Tournaments are always great. Noon and 7pm my favorite. A second and eigth this trip.
Nice people. Knowlegable and good. Some even smile every now and then.
Never got dehydrated and nor missed a bathroom break, so I wont complain.
Wait time - minimal at worst, nil at best.
