For the room quality alone this is my favorite room. It is big, bright, and elegant. There is a lot of room between tables, the chairs are comfortable with the ability to adjust the height. There are plenty of tables, where the front tables are used for cash games and the back tables for tournaments. The room is very clean and looks new.
At the times I was playing there was a mix of players, some were there to just have fun while others where there to play series poker, but with the correct hand selection and patience these games were beatable.
All of the dealers seemed to be experienced with no major mistakes that I can recall. Some dealers were friendly at the table and did a great job of dealing the cards while there were some there to just deal and did not get involved with the table chatter.
The cocktail service was great, drinks were served in a timely matter and often. The waitresses were attractive and did there job very well.
I did not have much interaction with the management but what little I interaction I had with them they were friendly and did there job well. They use a computer board for the player list and this was run very well.
They use there player card to keep track of the hours played, and I believe you get $1 per hour played. You had to have your card swiped at the front desk when you arrive and then you had to take your card back to the front desk to be swiped out when you left. This is not as convenient as some of the other rooms like MGM or TI where they can swipe you in and out right at the table
