This is a very nice and large room. Well lit and well ventilated. The chairs are very worn in but dealers said they are being replaced any day now.
Most of the players at the table were fairly serious and seemed to have a lot of B&M experience. I played at a couple different tables and there was only one bad player at each. One or two average players per table and the rest were good to great players. The games were a lot more serious then many other rooms and table talk seemed to be limited to speaking to your neighbour.
I saw no dealer errors. Several dealers had good personalities but only one tried to make the game more fun. All dealers were very competent and kept the game moving.
Drinks came quickly and frequently. Fiji water available upon request.
The managers were very efficient. They handled requests promptly. When putting my name down for the wait the manager seemed in a rush, but still performed her job well. No managers really showed much in the way of personality though.
No jackpots of any kind.
