Very nice room. Has a waiting area with couch. Spacious and well lit. The walk from the parking area is a serious one. It is a real issue.
A lot of locals that played few hands and almost always showed the nuts when called down.
Not the greatest dealers. Lack of formal training really shows with flashed cards, burn and turns and dubious game control. I played an afternoon tournament. One particular dealer talked non-stop about sports and watched the TV continuously. OMG I thought I was going to have to call the clock on the dealer. In one all-in hand, while the last player was taking his time making up his mind, the dealer reached in his pocket, pulled out his cell phone, put it in his lap and started text messaging someone about a score. I AM NOT KIDDING! Later, when I told the floorman he said he'd deal with it but I wasn't so sure. Seemed like there wasn't a lot of concern.
Waitress was pleasant and efficent.
Room seems well managed and the contact I had with the floorman was friendly enough.
