Very big room. No one can ever complain about being cramped here. Those of us on vacation take a little more time to find our table. It's well lit and no smoke from the casino gets to any of the tables I have played at
I played two O8 sessions this past trip. The Saturday night game was fun and had friendly (yes, in an O8 game) locals and tourists. No one wildly aggressive. The second on a Monday was full of rocky, scowling people. That was not fun at all. I even left in a bad mood
Very few mistakes. They always clock you in right away. There was an issue at the 'cranky' O8 game that was handled pretty well by the dealer, and floor.
Sometimes they seem to disappear for long amounts of time. However, they are friendly and have never messed up my order.
One of the trouble makers at my table was taken to the woodshed pretty quickly and efficiently. It sounded to me like this was nothing new for this individual. He was kicked out for the day.
Last trip, my comp balance was wiped out for some reason. The quick version of the story is Robert handled it very well. Not only did my balance get restored, he closed the old account and had a new card and account all set before I could ask if he could do that. I was very impressed by that.
NO JACKPOT DROP!!! $2/hour and probably the best table side menu around. I like it a lot.
