The Pinnacle of Class

This is quite possibly the finest card room I have ever been in. I always feel comfortable walking in and talking a seat. The chairs provide great support and the tables are large enough to provide ample room to move around. The room is always extremely clean no matter what time or day it is.

The play for the most part at the Venetian is poor. There are many rich tourists who come and drop wads of cash that they could care less about. The only slight drawback is that the Venetian has become so well known as a great room that some of the good younger players and locals have descended and make the games not as profitable as they could be. The good thing is that if you are in a bad game at the low limits, there are usually other tables that you can move to.

The dealers are very good here. All of them are knowledgeable in both the mechanics and running the game properly. Most are very affable and keep the game light and upbeat. It's nice to see people truly seem to care about their work every once in a while.

The waitresses are very attractive and only take a backseat to the Wynn girls. They have a very large variety of beers, top shelf liquor, and other frozen drinks to choose from. I can also recommend the hot chocolate and espresso. The service is generally pretty fast but can slow down when the room gets very busy.

The management here is impeccable. The brush staff is always extremely friendly and when your name is called you are led to a floor person who will then call a chip runner for you right away. This process is one of a kind and makes me feel like I'm really appreciated no matter what limits I'm playing. Disputes have always been handled efficiently. First class all the way!

The V gives $1/hr to 1/2 NL players and $1.50 to 2/5 NL players. I do not know what the other limits get since i have only played at these two. The great thing about the hourly comp is that you can redeem it at the Grand Lux just across the floor for a quality meal at any time of the day. As with most big rooms, they don not drop for a bad beat/high hand which is nice.
