Very spacious. Plenty of room in between tables and even enough room for table-side dining. Comfortable chairs. Tons of games are offered and I never had to wait very long to get a table. Simply the best poker room I have ever been to. It is world class and I can't wait to go back.
There is a mix of players here. There were definitely those who were new to the game and others were sharks. It didn't seem overly tough by any means.
Excellent dealers. Never had a problem with a pot and anxious to help out with what the players want (drinks/food service). Very polite and thankful about tips.
The speed can get a little slow around the shift change, but that is normal. Excellent drinks, quick service, attractive waitresses.
The management here was excellent. They were very accommodating. When the floor was needed at the table, the dealer just pressed a button and management was over quickly. When the table was short-handed, they allowed for reduced rake and they were about to even allow a table go to heads-up if the players wanted. There was an issue where a man went ballistic after a hand and started threatening myself (over a $70 pot...) and management handled it very well and discretely and had the player kicked out of the hotel.
I played there for a couple days and was able to get a free table-side sandwich. Cant complain about that.
