The most ineffective, sloppy, rude, slow-response customer service ever. Plus - sorry to say - definitely leaning towards maliciousness. Withdrawals are highly discouraged. They will do WHATEVER possible to have you experiencing trouble on that, and to put hurdles. Proofs? try reach out for help in case of issues ... then may God save you. They won't answer, and will bounce the ball back forever. The "priority withdrawal" is advertised, but not existing. Software quality ... judge it for yourself: I have a malfunction requiring me to re-install the client EVERY TIME I reboot the machine, or it won't work. Reported almost immediately after enrollment, never had an answer. They don't even TRY to help ... they are not even interested in FAKING that they are interested in customers. I hope soon some other operator will become legal in Nevada, so that I can move to it.
