They don’t cater to their tournament players, at all. Their tourney players have been dwindling for some time and despite saying they were going to run promos to try and get the tournament players back, they never did and it doesn’t look like they’re going to.
I realize they make most of their money from cash game players, but the simple fact that they haven’t even made an attempt to run a tournament promo rubs me the wrong way - especially considering I’ve been a member since day one. But after all this, I probably won’t renew my membership after this month unless drastic changes are made.
