BEAUTIFUL PLACE, FRIENDLIEST STAFF

Have not been here for over 15 months - since Encore 1st closed in March, 2020... Encore Deserves 5 STARS... but only giving 4 STARS... former poker player :-(...
Was SAD when I went to the Loft area... and saw black drapes covering most of the Loft... it looked abandoned... SAD

Went with friends... had a blast... arrived at noon, left at 2am - too many people to thank that work at Encore but here are a few that deserve 5+++ STARS!!!!!

-Michael 1 (Fratelli's server)
-Michael 2 (Fratelli's bartender)
-Matthew (water shuttle attendant - offered us cold bottled water while we waited for shuttle)
-water shuttle driver (took our picture) forget his name (Steve?)
-Theo (casino attendant) helped to find what we were looking for and even walked us there... Gasner - valet attendant (told us about the water shuttle...so helpful)
-Malik (Wynn rewards desk attendant)
-James (Loft attendant- in the former poker room)
-the blackjack dealers were great and we were at a great table having laughs all night with other casino patrons

***all of thee above went above and beyond our expectations... great staff!!! Well trained by Encore.. and all the employees raved about how great it is to work there!!
They were all Pleasant, thoughtful, helpful, funny, kind... can't wait to see them again in the next month or 2 - hopefully.

*but PLEASE bring back poker - even if it's a smaller room - and we'll be back EVERY WEEK!!!

Thank you again for a pleasant DAY AND EVENING... even if we didn't get to see fitty cents (LOL)
