Updating my review from a year ago ... still not happy and no one is with the rake, it's absurd, but it is what it is and I can complain all I want I'm not going to win.
Since the room expanded to 24 tables lines are significantly shorter, if you check in using this app, you can expect to get into most games right away or within a half hour, obviously different on primetime weekends though.
The waitresses are better, most of the time you can expect them to come by your table every 10 or so minutes, which is more than reasonable in my opinion.
The dealers are top notch, friendly, and they maintain the game at a steady pace. Would like to give a special shout-out to some dealers and floor, dealers John, Nera, Jill, Ping, Candy, Olga, Big Chris, Dolma, Little Chris, Joe Fish, big Joe, Tony, Andy, Cindy with an X ... I know I'm missing a few and some I don't know how to spell the name. And to the floor, Nick, Sonny, Robert, Adriana, Seth, Missy.
