Encore poker room is the best poker room by far in the area . Dealers are great , action is great , very professionally run room. The floor staff are second to none . Mattel ,Rich , Audrina , Nick , Seth , Missy , Sonny , Chris . and everyone else are professionals to the highest degree. Issues are solved quickly and correctly . They take a lot of crap from some of the players but they always handle themselves in a professional manner and have no problem enforcing the rules and etiquette of the games. . The only real issues that needs to be addressed is the cage . It needs to be a full service cage ( buy AND cash in chips ). This is more of a general casino issue vs poker room issue . Hopefully this will be resolved at some point as it will greatly enhance the overall player experience. Fantastic room , amazing staff , couldn't ask for much more.
