Visited on a saturday afternoon until night, waited about 5 minutes for 1/3 table. Play was quick, lot of action, dealers were very good. One issue of a dealer not hearing a quiet player's voice bet was handled very well by the dealer and floor. Validating parking is a nice touch.
Only issue is (as others have noted) drink service is unbelievably slow, especially as the room filled up. Encore desperately needs to hire more cocktail servers. I think there were only two serving the entire poker room which is insane, and it got to the point that even the floor manager couldn't get them to come over because of how overworked they were. Allowing dealers to contact the grill for you is really nice for those who want to order food.
Overall will definitely go back to play, just caffeinate beforehand. Last note, signage is pretty terrible on the gaming floor. Impossible to find the red card booth by following the signs and had to ask. And no signs indicating where the garage elevators are.
