LHE Choices Need Work!

This place REALLY needs to get its Limit Hold 'Em choices right. Right now there is NO game being spread between $3-6 level and $8-16 - and 8/16's only there rarely. There really need to be choices in the $4-8 and $5-10 range - your competitor Foxwoods has these! - where serious players can play against others who aren't of the "no fold'em hold'em" school.

Also really tough that pots are being raked for promotions when there are no promotions running yet. A dealer explained that's because they have to build the pots first but that's not fair to players contributing now! Come on, this is a $2 Billion casino - seed those early promo pots and let today's players who are paying have a chance!
