Well managed room with a great environment, and a very professional staff. This could easily be the best Poker room in all of New England. The rake is really high, particularly when you consider the sub-par comps and drink service. You sit in this opulent room and yet they only offer two beer choices, bud light or Heineken, really makes you feel welcome - give me a break.
They should either reduce the rake and keep drink options/service /comps the same - OR, if they want to be a luxury room they way they seem to position themselves, they should act like it. How about more drink choices and better better comps for the 10% - $6 rake??? I don't mind paying more if I am getting more, but paying more and getting less does not work for me. Encore Management needs to decide what they want to be, and then act accordingly.
