Old looking, but in the traffic area, so it attracts players. It cannot be compared to the other strip rooms in the larger casinos, but, it's a room. The tables are old, and probably haven't been cleaned recently.
I last played here in early 2007. Not much has changed. The games were soft, with only a few decent players at the 1-2NL games. Many players buy in for $60 or $100, so there are many all-ins.
Some dealers here are MISERABLE and shouldn't be here. They don't pay attention, cards are flashed, not counting the bets properly...However, some other dealers were friendly, and did their job properly. I feel for the dealers because of the lack of tipping. Some newbies may not know the etiquette, but most pots were not tipped.
Most (not all) were not pleasant. I was surprised by the lack of tipping by the poker players for their drinks, which would make any waitress less eager. They did however appreciate their tips.
My playing hours were logged properly. The managers I spoke with were happy to see me, and seemed to have everyrthing under control.
$1 per hour with your players card. Standard.
