I played a daily tournament and WSOPC event at Horseshoe. In the daily tournament the dealers were very inexperienced and it slowed the game up a fair amount. The WSOP chips were a nice touch and the poker room was quiet and relaxed; however, the facilities such as the restrooms were lacking and overall the casino is not up to par with MD Live!
The WSOPC event was well organized and the dealers were excellent. The only issue was they underestimated the interest in the $365+R event and only had 500 seats for 800+ entrants in my flight.
I have not played cash games at Horseshoe but enjoy the tournament structure and environment and will continue to play tournaments here. I am also looking forward to trying out the pink chip mixed game sometime in the near future.
