My experience at the MGM Poker Room today was terrible. As a Texas Hold'em player, I had high expectations for the service quality, but unfortunately, the staff's performance was disappointing.
Firstly, they didn't even understand the basic "show one, show all" rule. During the game, a player showed their cards to another player, which clearly violates the game rules. However, the staff not only failed to stop this behavior but also seemed to turn a blind eye. This lack of action directly affected the game's fairness and player experience.
What's even more infuriating is that the staff seemed to favor local players. When handling issues, their attitude was dishonest and lacked politeness, giving the impression that they cared more about protecting local players' interests than maintaining game fairness and player rights.
Fairness and integrity are the lifeblood of a poker room. However, at the MGM Poker Room, I barely felt the presence of these basic values. This unfair treatment and incompetent management made me lose all confidence in this poker room.
Perhaps this is why this poker room has so few customers every day. Who would want to play cards in a place that's unfair and has incompetent staff? If you value your time, money, and experience, I strongly advise you to avoid the MGM Poker Room and look for other more professional and fair venues.
