This is an above avaerge room. Tables and chairs are decent, with adequate space between tables (unlike Bellagio or Wynn).Mirage seemed to have one or two 10/20 games at any given time. I usually had to wait about 10 minutes to get into the game.
The players in the $10/20 games are typically not strong players, which sometimes makes them hard to beat. For example, during my first session I was dealt KK fives times, which is usually a good thing. However, this particualar night I lost all 5 times I had Kings. The hands that beat me were A5, A2, 66, A7, and 62 (that's right...62 called a raise from the small blind head's up, then rivered a runner runner flush). I don't think these players are particularly better then $2/4 or $3/6 players...they just have more money to gamble with. And these are not tourists, they are mostly locals. Don't be fooled into thinking someone is a strong player because they live in Vegas. So my first session (7/20) I dropped about $400. The next day (7/21) I finished up about $500, and then played again on (7/22) and dropped about $100. Many of the same players were at my table each day.
No problems with the dealers. Very professional.
Decent service. I only drink diet coke when I play, so I'm particulalry demanding.
Managment was just OK. They are friendly, but can get overwhelmed when the room is busy. I saw many people stand at the main desk for 15 minutes before finally being told that they need to speak to the other floor person (walking around with the clipboard) if they want a no-limit game.
I didn't inquire about comps...so I have no idea.
